Seiko Corp

In July 2001, the watch business division of SEIKO HOLDINGS CORPORATION was spun off into an independent company, SEIKO WATCH CORPORATION. With this move, SEIKO HOLDINGS CORPORATION became a dedicated holding company and a new management structure was created to oversee its various business subsidiaries.
SEIKO WATCH CORPORATION is SEIKO's flagship business under this new organization, working closely with manufacturing companies SEIKO Epson and SEIKO Instruments on integrated marketing activities, ranging from product development to design, advertising, sales promotion and customer service.
